You have to consider that vaccinations are not 100% gonna protect everyone. So people vaccinated exposed to it could still get it possibly.
Also consider people that cannot be vaccinated due to medical conditions. Or babies that are too young to be fully vaccinated against all these diseases as well.

I gotcha. So technically it would be hard to completely eliminate it?
