The NBA Playoffs and Homecourt advantage

We all know the NBA playoffs is all about home court advantage. Most teams do better at home than playing away. The NBA uses this to an advantage compared to any other sport (NFL, NCAA, MLB, etc). What do you think would happen if the NBA DIDN'T have home court advantage and played at a neutral site like the Super Bowl? Do you think the same teams would win it all every year? Do you think they should switch to a neutral site throughout the playoffs and also in the finals? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

I think the league (the refs) would control it just like they do almost every year. NBA playoffs are easy arse money.

More often than not, the teams that have home court advantage have it because they're the best team, so I think they'd be just fine on a neutral court. There are obviously outliers, but I think with a large enough sample size, not a lot would change.

It would make the regular season even more meaningless than it is already.

Why punish the fans by making it a neutral site? It would be a logistical nightmare for fans who supported their team all season long.
