While we're being snarky, sir, you need to learn to read. The provisions in C4 and C5 are different. That's why they're in entirely different provisions: 4 and 5. One doesn't affect the other.
C4 states that it is legal to carry a gun within 1000 feet of a school if it is entirely within private property or a private residence, or otherwise in accordance with having a concealed carry permit, which allows us to carry right up to the border of the campus.
C5 states that it is legal to carry the gun in the car as long as you are constitutionally allowed to do so.
