There are too many mistakes to list. Just take my word and stop posting for a bit....say, a half decade.

His advice is not bad at all. My cousin used to work for Tom Benson at Pontchartrain bank. Whenever he would meet a new loan officer he would look at his wrist watch. If it was anything other than Timex, Bulova etc. he would give them a lecture on the future and present value of money.

iDk Ruzil. I paid $3k for my Sea-Dweller in 1997. It would sell for around $5500 today and a new one is over $8k. There are certainly worse ways to spend money.

Which is awfully presumptuous.

I always crack-up at the people in threads like this that rail on people for wanting to spend money on a nice watch.

A) Why do you care what others spend their money on?

B) A lot of times the watches are legacy pieces that can be handed down to a child, which is pretty cool...and what I plan on doing with mine.

C) See A.
