It depends. When I see people with a yard wide arse on a rascal at the mall, Disney, etc then no, I do not. I mean I respect them as a human being; the mean something to somebody.
What pisses me off is that there are people who have legitimate handicaps and need those. And I don't care if they do pay for them.
And I say this knowing that I am morbidly obese at 25lbs over weight and deserving of a horrible death.

If you're lazy and entitled and fat, sure, I dislike you.
If you're fat and a good employee/parent/child/human/neighbor, no, I don't care.
