Yeh he wasn't. I saw him coming in my mirror. Couldn't move. He wasn't messed up bad at all except for obvious stupidity. Sunny morning. Did I mention red light?

Sadly all too common. The roads are full of idiots. Some in four wheel vehicles, others on two wheels. Glad you were not hurt. Did he at least have insurance?
