What I do is place 2-4" by 4" boards cross ways in the bottom of an ice chest. Smaller ones stacked on each other could do. Put ice in the chest to the top of the boards, place crawfish on top of boards.
Put wet towel on top of sack and fill with more ice until about half way up the sack. Tilt ice chest a few inches and open drain. Leave a slight crack in the top of the chest.
For longer periods of time wet towel a few times a day.
