We want a contributor year one. Everyone should expect a slow start, some ups in the middle, and a tail off at the end. Such is the nature of most rookie years.
By year 3, we want the rookie to be one of the better players on the team.
I think that's pretty reasonable.
I don't expect to be good next year. I'd like to see improvement and a reasonable transition to a roster that is logical and makes sense. Get better.
By the following year I'd like to be competitive (playoffs) and have a roster with some promise.
By years 3-4 we need to be competing for 2nd Rounds or a darkhorse WCF team or we can kiss AD goodbye.

That doesn't sound like Loomising.

this is perfect
the issue is this whole win now thing they've been trying to do. need to stop that. i don't expect playoffs next season. a 7 or 8 seed is possible, but i'm not expecting it unless they somehow go from worst injury luck to middle of the pack.
year after that should be surefire 6-8 seed. compete in first round. by 2019 they need to be a WCF team. i was reading that the clippers and hornicans (both CP's squads) are the only 2 teams in the west to have not reached a WCF since 2000. shite needs to end.
