Just sold my parents old house. During the cleaning out process I found 3 boxes of old 12 gauge. I'm talking old! They're all Remington's but some have cardboard covering the ends instead of the folded plastic. I wouldn't dare shoot them. What to do with them....?

If you ship them to me, I'll take care of it free of charge.

Collectors might be interested. These things have some years on them.

If they were inside the house, they are still good.

I would just shoot them unless you have a high dollar gun you are worried about. I mean have you seen some of the crazy custom loaded shells people shoot?

Not rusted at all. I almost would hate to shoot them just because they are antiquated. If I wasn't a technological idiot I would post a picture.

Pictures sent. Thought they were all Remington but found some Winchester mixed in.

i have no idea what kind of market there is for old ammunition but since you have them in the original packaging, that might be something you should look into.

Do not discard. Go to Gunbroker, people collect them. You will see several ads.
