Rudy has a more well rounded game. I've still got him rated as the 12th SF in the league. His stats are proven at a higher usage rate, which he'd maintain here.

The $5MM per year savings, between Rudy and the FAs will be significant in signing or resigning a SG too... whether we draft one or not.

If it comes down to a FA, it's Barnes over Bazemore because of the edge at 3-Pt shooting and Offensive rebounding.

*We're all jumping on the Rudy Gay train. Choo-choo!

Than Batum? Lol no. Maybe Barnes

Batum is extremely valuable in today's NBA. Guy is one of the most versatile wings in the league. He can play and guard multiple positions and score in numerous different ways. He's got like 7'4" wingspan. He can push the ball on a break, shoot it off the screen or handoff, and so on. He fits this system

Imagine prime Igoudala in GS's offense. We see how well washed up Iggy did. Batum would be akin to prime Iggy for us

eta: and Gay has a player option year 2. Guy could seemingly just opt out after 1 year here. I mean, can we try and build some semblance of a core here?
