Didn't see it posted already but I could have missed it.

DONT SHOOT THE MESSENGER

quote:

3. LEONARD FOURNETTE & DERRIUS GUICE, LSU
Leonard Fournette had a monster sophomore season, but Derrius Guice showed he has what it takes to stand in the Tigers’ backfield with Leonard.

The 5-foot-11, 222-pounder could earn more carries alongside Fournette, which is a big accomplishment, after averaging 8.6 yards per carry (first in the SEC) while going for 436 yards and 3 TDs last season on the way to earning SEC All-Freshman Team honors from the coaches.

Guice unleashed on South Carolina for 161 yards on just 16 carries with a touchdown. He also went for 73 yards on just 10 carries with a score against Texas A&M late in the season.

If Fournette can maintain the level of play he exhibited last season and Guice can improve on his freshman campaign, look out for these two.

LOL #3. You could at least make the argument for UGA to be ahead of LSU (Although I personally would disagree) but get that Tennessee garbage outta here.

BUGA + Guice = GOAT

I will be so happy when this false perception of Tennessee being good is over with. This hype is stupid. And this year Fournette and Guice could make that 2004 Auburn tandem look elementary

Lol you have the best RB back in the nation and the guy who lead the SEC in yards per carry and you throw them in at #3. Garbage list imo

Laughable is the only way to describe this.

Guice alone is better than any back on Tennessee's roster. Buga is the best back in the country.

Dumb list is dumb.

Wow what a buncha bs buga and guice or buga and williams are the best tandem by a mile. Chubb isn't as good as buga plus he's coming off of an injury. The tennassee guys are a distant 3rd. But that's ok just more motivation for our boys. Can't wait til this season starts.

I would rather read Bleacher Report or pay for ESPN Insider than read the crap that Saturday Down South posts.

Fournette + Warm Body = no worse than 2nd. Consider that 'warm body' got 8.5 YPC last season.

Don't understand the hype for either Tennessee back. Both are slightly above average.

Yeah it's pretty bad. I like the Tennessee combo...trio, of rushing threats in the backfield, but neither of the RBs are even as good as Guice and I think Hurd is a top 10 RB in the country.

Auburn being ahead of Kentucky is laughable to me personally. While I do think Jovon Robinson will be an incredible back, the rest are just meh ATM. People need to watch the RBs at UK this year. They are going to run crazy.

UGA with a not injured Nick Chubb still wouldn't be better than LSU simply because Guice is better than Michel (and I believe him to be just as good as Chubb), and Fournette is the best back in the country. People are going to be amazed when they realize just how good Guice is.

Obviously Bama is given the benefit of the doubt because of past history so I'm ok with that.
