yes because this always happens at end of games. Refs swallow their whistle and let them play it out. I would rather that than the ref dictate the game. The fan issue is the mist disturbing. In no way should a fan interfere with the game, touch the players or coaches. The fan should not be allowed back again.

I doubt that the Spurs are going to give the boot to a fan with a courtside seat. All he has to say it was a natural reaction trying to regain his balance.
