If it is the case, I can't imagine how many recruiters will stomach the feeling of Him putting up heisman numbers after they turned him down because of his height.

Breaking an oath here or just a random guy telling Scott how tall he is?

Yep they will feel really dumb that they didn't at least offer him...their loss our gain, and even if he is 5.10,6ft,or 6.7 I know he will ball out!!!!

I heard they're expecting him to reach 6'4 by the fall and he'll challenge for the starting spot by week 1.

As long as the kid can ball, IDGAF how tall he is.
I have a feeling he's gonna be a good one.

I see him pretty often. I'd say 5'11" is generous.

I can't verify his height but I watched a lot of tape on Scott and he is a baller. Hopefully he can adjust to college ball quickly.

Wentz has blossomed into one of the best dual-threat quarterbacks in the country -- one talent evaluator told the Free Press that he likely is a first-round pick who has some Cam Newton qualities about him -- after entering high school as a 5-foot-8, 125-pound freshman. He grew two inches his sophomore year, then sprouted to 6-feet-3 and 170 pounds by his junior season. Wentz, though, didn't play quarterback as a junior in high school; he was coming off of a baseball arm injury and broke his thumb playing defense that season. As a 6-foot-5, 200-pound senior, Wentz said he "kind of came out of nowhere" on the recruiting scene. "I always knew I had the physical and mental abilities to play this position, but physically, I finally developed late -- and I’m so thankful," he said. "I wouldn’t trade the road I took for the world." Wentz, who's now listed at 6-feet-5 and 222 pounds, is the most intriguing prospect at this year's Senior Bowl, and he could end up as a top-10 pick with a strong showing in Mobile.
Info on Carson Wentz in High School. Today I read they are saying now 6'6"!
