Bmoney, how are you transferring from fermenter to the keg? I saw a picture a while back where you were racking through one of the keg posts. Still doing that?

I can't replicate the nose on Ghost either, but i'm also not trying very hard when i keg. I'll purge the keg before hand, and use the sterile siphon, but i'm going through the keg opening, not through the posts.

Yep, I'm pushing from the carboy with CO2 into the liquid out post of the keg, so it's truly an O2 free transfer.

I can get my beer to smell pretty good, but I just can't seem to get that full on huge aroma I get from Ghost. Adding more hops doesn't seem to be the solution (I got to the point where I added too many dry hops and the beer was very astringent). I think it's process related now, only I lack to ability to do anything else given equipment limitations.
