It sucks. I would read on down time at work and it was usually a page to catch up. Now it's like 12 hrs between post.

Most of this week has been spent awake between 2am and 9am and sleeping a few hours here and there, so feeling pretty shitty. My body seems to be handling the schedule OK other than bouts of tiredness. Usually when I have a week like this at work, I have crazy digestive problems and bloat. Neither seems to be the case right now.
I've gotten off of RFL but stayed keto so I can more easily go back to it after this mess at work is done. For valentines day I cooked a massive tomahawk ribeye, asparagus, mushrooms, a blue cheese salad, and shared a nice bottle of red wine. Had spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer.. Used pork rinds instead of chips.
Excited to have leftover ribeye

No real updates over here. Sick AF with a cold, but not wanting to get a steroid shot because I don't want to gain weight & I seem to remember that being a thing?
Holding steady otherwise. Not losing, but not gaining. I'll take it for now.
