Obviously, I enjoyed all the special guest with the headliners. The Voice of Wetland all stars, Ella King and Brothere Osbourn were my favorite acts that were not headliners.

Did anyone catch the kids singing "Juicy" I its BTE. How awesome was that! Someone needs to worn these kids.

Those kids were awesome. I thought they were 4 regular kids from the school just coming out to wave to the crowd.

Right after that we took our kids to see the kids tent. There was a band of kids with two adults, Pelican 212 I think. They were really good too.

I don't get the PJ hate. I thought the show was really good. Way better than their set in 2010 when Eddie was super trashed.

Yes it was crowded, but seeing a major headliner at any festival will be annoying.

A lot of people didn't like the set list. Too much newer/less well known stuff, not enough hits. I don't have a problem with a diverse set list, but at the same time IMO there is a significant drop off between their earlier material and their newer stuff.

I don't disagree. I've seen them 4 times-- all at festivals, and twice they absolutely killed it with the setlist and intensity, the 2010 jazz fest show was miserable, but I thought Saturday's show was very good.

Granted, I went to get some drinks and take a leak when their set bogged down in the middle

Just curious. Why did you think it was miserable?

I'm not a huge fan of political talk at concerts. Not that I disagree with a lot of what Eddie Vedder has to say, but he kept droning on about the BP oil spill. He did the same thing when I saw him in 2008 talking about "Change" and how we need to be more progressive. When festival hippies started yelling "shut the frick up and play," it's time to hop off the soap box.

More than anything though, I thought the performance was sloppy, vedder was drunk and emotional because they were doing a telecast to the Middle East and he's a huge troop supporter.

Vedder is one of the biggest douches in the industry.

I skipped Pearl Jam for Nathaniel Ratcliff and van Morrison. Ratcliff was great, Morrison was just average for me. Now Friday was a different case. Grace Potter was breathe taking and govt mule played a killer set. gold dust woman with grace potter was a greatness. Looking forward to this Thursday and Friday.

Stunning. I don't think I have ever seen so much energy on a stage.

My friends went to Boz Scaggs while I watched Pearljam, and they said he knocked it out of the park.

Really enjoyed RHCP.

My only gripe was that they mainly played their hits, but they killed it nonetheless.

I am a huge PJ fan. The 2010 setlist was awful.

Disjointed, some weird choices, pacing was off, WAY too much Backspacer (which was new at the time). I probably have 100 (or more) live shows - this one is one of the worst.

Saturday's set was very good. Voodoo 2013 was borderline perfect.

I don't mind Eddie railing on the BP spill in 2010. It was only a few weeks after the event.

My favorite moment of the weekend was second lining through the blues tent at the end of Glen David Andrews while they played knock with me, rock with me. The tent went nuts for their last few songs.

I had Grand Marshall and up close Janelle Monae was very impressive. Very emotional set basically a tribute to Prince. Rhiannon Giddons in blues tent very good. Flea was showering us w sweat entire set. High energy matched by few. Will be back Thursday for Sonny and Gary and a little picking and grinning.

I didn't like the song selection, no dissident, black, once, glorified g, last kiss, & no Jeremy, I was a little bummed they didn't come back & finish with Jeremy
