What particulars are you asking your agent to get? its in a flood zone A. You think its in a flood zone A because it'll never flood? Abita area got very lucky in the last flood event, does not mean all future events will be same.

Covenants, Restrictions, Elevation certificate if its been done....The agent told me it was in flood zone A. I am not naïve enough to believe it will never flood.
