Paul Rhoads should get a look, and not just because of the WV game. His overall body of work is pretty impressive. Last year not so much, but if you look at the years that he's had some talent to work with he's performed very well. We all know talent is not a problem for the Tigers. Hard to tell about his recruiting skills. The last couple years have been great, but he's been there 8 or 9 seasons. Looks like it might have been Wannstedt that stepped it up.

Notice towards the bottom of the page, he was his HS's valedictorian. Not exactly your typical football coach.
I'm not saying he's definitely the guy, but I do think he's worth a look. Thoughts?
