One thing from that vid that I thought was interesting is how fricking fast Hayes pops out of that Hummer after hitting Smith.
ETA: you can also see the Mercedes being propelled forward quite a bit by the impact.

looks deliberate and yeah he was after the driver of that car (Smith). he got out extremely fast. just not a good idea to take the law into your own hands.
