Hell I don't even know that the textures will really change. I think more than anything you will see a game be in 30fps on one and 60fps on the other.

You will see smoother gameplay and maybe a few developers will enable certain lighting and shadow features. Mostly I think this is aimed at smoother gameplay at 1080p.

Yes, I think this will end up being the most common difference because it's the most quantifiable/marketable upgrade without having to show a bunch of screenshots and side-by-sides to convince consumers that the NEO version's post-processing looks better.

The fear, then, becomes whether future franchise titles like COD and Battlefield, which PS4 already runs at 60fps, will be capped at 30 fps on old-PS4 simply to make the NEO shine.
