I got 15 inches at my house. I was scared as shite for a while, houses all over my neighborhood got water. Thank god I live on a cul-des-ac and hopefully the water continues to drain before I get hit again. Ran to tell my neighbor to get his car the frick out of the street. I'm sure at least 20 or so people lost their cars to flooding.

Water is now blow my curb again. Hope it stays there.

After living here through several major flood events during the 1990's, I'm amazed that the news always manages to capture a number of vehicles on the highways inside the loop submerged up to their rooftops. Don't people pay attention?
