Do you think Kentucky or North Carolina would retain a coach like JJ? LSU can't inbound a pass. Only option of breaking a zone is threes. Where is the defense? Have you seen serious game management in tight games?
Patrick was our only solid recruiter? He was with JJ for four years. He leaves Jones for TCU! So What quality assistant, who has a job, wants to jump into Jones situation?

Best thing JJ's got going for him is F K Alexander. He doesn't care about sports. That's another serious problem for another day.

Spot on right here there is no other college program who would keep Johnny cakes the guy has no resume and has really underperformed here this year was bad and I don't know why he gets a pass for the 13-14 season we had a pt guard who was top 2 in the country in steals we had another guard who was one of our best 3pt shooters of alltime they were both starters since their fresh year and we had 3 nba frontline players job3 Martin and Mickey and didn't make the tourney. The rest of the sec gets it we have a network and tv money now everyone's upgrading but us and if coaches like howland Barnes and Johnson get too far ahead of us we will never catch em

We are not Kentucky or North Carolina. We do not have top 5 recruiting classes ever year. But I'm not going to demand that they fire a coach that wins 19-20 games every year and has never had a losing season (especially Alumni). This past year was frustrating, but had it's moments. I'm not holding it against him that much. We'll see after next season. But I'm hoping he surprises a lot of people and the team exceeds expectations..
