Security dealers don't make money on the systems, it's monitoring. Hell the big guys give the equipment away.

There is one on the market, Resolution Products Helix, and it doesn't sell worth a frick. End users still want hard keypads. The same can be said for whole home audio.

FWIW- I work with a/v and security dealers across the region everyday with numerous product lines. I get plenty feedback.
