any tips? I bought some seeds online and started them weeks ago and nothing so far. My Jalapenos and Ghost Peppers sprouted, but nothing on the Reapers.

Soak your seeds in warm tap water for 24 hours. When you plant your seeds, keep the cups as warm as possible. I put mine out in the direct sunlight during the day and put them on top of the water heater or a heating pad at night until they sprout.
Where did you get your seeds from? Apparently some of the seeds you can buy on Amazon aren't worth a crap.

Good luck!! I've tried several times and can't get them to germinate. They have a tough outer coating and it's a bitch. If you do please let me know

Would a chemical or abrasive scarification work?

If you plan on growing peppers in the future you need to get a heat mat. Alot of flowers and vegetables need soil temps around 80 degrees to sprout. You can get peppers to sprout in 2-3 days with a heat source. Otherwise it may take 2-3 weeks. I actually use a heating pad that you use for your body.
