We need to think pass a coaches decision if he has family & kids. A lot of us, think about ourselves & winning.
I am a die-hard fan but! A families input weighs heavy, especially if you have teenagers. Kids need stability.
Put yourself in his position, who do you love more, your kids or money? Be very honesty to yourself.
