Does it have their Stuffed Eggplant recipe? It was unbelievable.

Awesome. It looks like what I used to always eat in their Canal Street restaurant was a variation of the Bayou Stuffed Eggplant, which had shrimp, and probably crabmeat. It's very similar to the Don's Seafood recipe which I have modifed a little.

Same here.
My parents always got the liver and onions.

They would also get a big hunk of chocolate from the candy counter.

I’m not sure if that was at Maison Blanche.
