Mitchell was drafted purely on projections and has been nothing short of mediocre in the minors.

Schmipf has hit for power but hasn't done much else in the minors
Jared Mitchell probably strikes out more than any player in minor league baseball. He's just never taken that next step. Was drafted on potential and it never panned out
