As a Vandy person would you say that is negative?

I don't imagine the undergrad scene to be quite as bad as all the rest of the SEC. Is that accurate?

I just mean full blow frat laps and general debauchary all the time? Don't get me wrong, that was me 8 years ago, but trying to avoid living right in that. People are there to actually learn is my assumption. Plus a much more prominent grad school population?

Not really. The frat houses and the on-campus housing are more on the west end side of campus. Hillsboro Village has a mix of students/professionals. It's pretty convenient to a lot of places.

its fricking vandy.

we tailgated before the LSU game 2 blocks away and we were the only tailgate going until like 2pm that day.

iow, they roll the sidewalks up at 10pm around here and there might be a little action in midtown with winners/losers & red door but that's about it.
