you are pretty damn close, but honestly for your size you are week.

I am 5'10/191/33yrs and lifts are the following as of 6 weeks ago

Squat-350
Dead-405
Bench 260
Press-175

I am week and still hit it. But I agree, people who don't workout or haven't in a long time saying they still can lift is are full of shite. especially on squat, if you aren't used to the weight, you will fail quickly.

pretty positive i can at least do:
350 squat
380 dl
280 bench i know for sure

that's over 1k right there.

Bench- 500
Curl- 300
Tri Extensions- 200

Why the hell would anyone work out their legs ????

I agree, I am week for my size, granted If this was 8 or 10 years ago, if I tried, I would be well pass that. I haven't maxed out in a while, so who knows. My squats are my weakness, I had to learn how to squat again. So my number for squats is impressive knowing where I was a year and some change ago.

Some may disagree, but at my height squats ( done with proper form) are difficult.
