Just read through this thread.

85% bullshite.

I would like to see the body weights associated with anything near 1000 lbs for all three "big lifts"

275 squat
315 bech
385 deadlift

you are pretty damn close, but honestly for your size you are week.

I am 5'10/191/33yrs and lifts are the following as of 6 weeks ago

Squat-350
Dead-405
Bench 260
Press-175

I am week and still hit it. But I agree, people who don't workout or haven't in a long time saying they still can lift is are full of shite. especially on squat, if you aren't used to the weight, you will fail quickly.

Im not trying to put you down, but I've seen people who have never lifted before walk in the gym squatting 300+ and pulling 400

You're too big a baw to have those squat and DL numbers. Shelf the bench and get on a squat/DL plan
