Is that in the transom or console of the boat?
Why are all those small wires back there by the battery? I would think they would all go to a fuse bar or some sort and one larger wire would go back to the battery and a ground.
I guess those white flat wires on the right are speaker wires? Why are they even by the batteries I wonder?
Either way I don't think that is too tough of a job. You should consider just patiently spending an afternoon sorting things out.

My boat is not the one in the picture. I was hoping to identify a qualified individual willing to take on this task. My ability and patience with regards to completing this project are debatable but the fact that I have recently had knee surgery is not.
