Leftover crawfish boil ingredients WTC?

So I have about 2-3 lbs of crawfish tails, some garlic, potatoes, sausage left from a boil. Also have about 5 lbs of fresh shrimp. Any ideas? I think the garlic and potatoes go together but not sure about the crawfish and shrimp. Don't feel like gumbo...what would you do with these items?

Potato salad is a no brainer using the seasoned potatoes. And étouffée is my favorite post boil crawfish dish.

Crawfish bread, crawfish bisque, shrimp crawfish and sausage jambalaya or fettuccine.

This is the correct answer. I made my Good Friday crawfish boil leftovers into a corn & crawfish bisque last night. It was superb.
I took a few of fresh ears of corn, cut the corn off the cob, milked the cob, and sauteed down with trinity... the same way I would start a macque choux. Then I added the leftover crawfish, taters, onions from the boil. Finally I added about a quart of heavy whipping cream and just let it warm through. Done.

Lots of good suggestions above , I'll add shrimp n grits to the menu
I've also used shrimp , crawfish tails, Tasso, cooked down holy trinity combined with bread crumbs to make a stuffed artichoke pirogue

For any shrimp/crawfish boil we always do shrimp/crawfish and corn bisque with potato salad as a side.
Shrimp/crawfish, corn, onions, sausage, and some of the garlic go into the bisque. Potatoes and some more of the garlic go into the potato salad.
I generally look forward to that meal as much as I do the boil itself... It's just been that way for too long to remember.

I'll go with something easier.
Flour the tails and quickly flash fry them. Slice the potatoes into medallions and fry those too.
Makes for awesome crawfish poboys with real seasoned fries.
