I had hoped this team would make another step forward this season. Two huge series to open SEC and we don't look sharp. Lots of season to play-that's the good news.

extremely tough start to the season schedule wise. they will get some cupcakes coming up where the bats can wake up a bit. let's not forget, they took the series from Alabama 2 weeks ago. tough series on the road and this is the number 1 team they are losing to. still lots of playing time left, tho.

Pitching has been fine all season aside for A&M. Our offense have been what has made this season a struggle so far. Our slappers have regressed a lot. I don't remember Landry striking out that much last year.
