One of the perks was having my fam's ranch right there.
Also some pretty good fishing on Lake Waco, surprisingly.

Waco lacks the Govt. Biz influence its not as close to traditional vacation destinations ( Swimming pig for the win) but we're talking a 45 year cultural and economic change in the area as a whole. So of course Waco wont be Austin, but it will be the next medium size city in CenTex
