My niece is on scholarship at Baylor. She's transferring to Rice (I think). She said its boring as hell and she wants to be closer to her dad's deer lease in Laredo. She said Baylor isn't worth it to miss the outdoor things she enjoys. Especially since she can go to school anywhere.

So transfer right into the middle of a concrete jungle.
Understand if it puts her closer to her dad's deer lease though.
