Waco, wont be a live music capitol, Im not saying that. But the location and size and pending growth are similar.
and 15 years ago there wasn't shite to do in Waco the area actually has some venues for entertainment dollars similar to what was happening in Austin when Willie came back
biggest difference is the demographics in CenTex are RADICALLY different since the 70's
