Pretty much. Also has anyone mentioned Waco is ghetto as frick? Like not student housing with a lot of kids partying ghetto like your average college town, but actual gang activity.
If your child is insistent on going to a private school go to TCU or SMU. Better education, better kids and far better place to live for four years

I live near SMU which obviously is not in an area "ghetto as frick" (using your words, not mine).
Waco is not University Park, but it is not as you describe it.
You also can drive up to West and get some badass kolaches.
