Got invited to interview and they said to choose a time between April 4th-8th for a 2 hour interview.
I only see 16 time slots available, does that mean only 16 candidates?
If invited, is it a "just don't frick it up" interview, or is it a you have to "wow them" to be the 1 of 16 that they choose?
Anyone else get invited?

Any tattoos or piercings? Is so, the later. If not, the former.

Way more than 16 people being interviewed. The interviewers are broken into teams and are in different rooms for different phases of the interview. So while one team is interviewing you, other teams are interviewing other candidates in the other rooms.

Is this for an actual interview or to take a test?
Usually they let you pick the day that's good for you to test, but the actual interview is on their schedule, you don't get to pick the date.

Yes you get to pick from several time slots. I think they do if Monday-Thursday. I would pick Thursday.

I interviewed for them back in 2003.The guy that interviewed me did not like my dad who also worked at Exxon so I never had a chance. Also if you're white you have less of a chance. ExxonMobil is affirmative action central.

I put that I was a black woman on my application, and I got an interview. I hope the interviewers dont double check.
