When I originally commented, I wasnt trying to make a point. I was making a statement. I wasnt agreeing or disagreeing with the OP.
Recruiting is part of being a head coach and he is by far the best at it. In game coaching and developing talent, I think hes average at best.

I can maybe give you in game coaching (but laughable to say he is average), but come the frick on with that developing talent thing
