BS. All they did was drop the hammer on the spring break crowd that were acting like assholes. This ban ends next month and things go back to normal.

Think PCB is going to be strict on enforcement if I'm not being an a-hole? Planning on going tomorrow through Wednesday and since it's cold drinking is the only thing left to do.

No doubt it's targeting the spring break crew and is temporary but explain how this is fair to a property owner who wants to sit on the beach and drink a beer?

Public Intoxications, Underage Drinking, and Litter laws apply and solve these problems without limiting the rights of property owners.

Thankfully Orange Beach has some sense, the mayor even mention the property owners in their decision.
