So 1500 of your 1900 calories was protein. How is that even possible?? Did you just chug protein powder and egg whites?
I ate egg whites for breakfast, tuna lettuce wraps for lunch. Part of that pulled pork they are referencing when I got home wrapped in ham. A spinach and eggwhite omelot for supper. And I was hungry at about midnight, so I made a dozen egg whites.
This was not a planned diet, just a freak occurrence.
