One thing that will be interesting is how healthy can they be next year.
They're already not very deep, but they've seriously benefitted this year from staying so healthy. Not to say it can't happen again, but with all the extra matches next year, it will be very difficult for them to stay this fit and how they do rotate their squad when they have all the extra matches

I think they will exit the group stage pretty early and probably finish mid table in the league.

Leicster will get poached, and depth will kill them next season, they will be lucky to sit in top10.
Mahrez will be gone
Vardy will be gone
Unless they swing some really nice, cheap transfer moves that pan out, they will have problems on all fronts(epl, CL, FA,etc)
Which sucks, but what a fun run it is, from the media killing Leicester for hiring claudio, to the first of several few big wins, to leading EPL. Story book stuff.
I posted a Claudio appreciation thread, before they hit the top of EPL. They brought attractive football, they go for goal, attack.

Mahrez may be gone, but Vardy re-upped a few weeks ago.

You know how EPL teams love to over pay for an English striker. So i wouldn't rule a move out, isn't it time for Liverpool to buy another English striker for 36-40Mil???
Mahrez will be a loss they can't replace.
I hope i'm wrong, but once u get into Europe, and u lose a few players, the depth gets exposed quickly, especially in League.

I'm not an expert with the financials, but I did see that Leicester reported record revenue the other day.
Along with that, will the TV money help them keep Vardy and Mahrez, or will they money grab?

I read where all of the players , declined their bonuses, if they win EPL.
guy on Sky, pretty much was saying that the team and ownership went all in to win it this year, and next year is next year, and they will figure that out after season ends.
Players declined bonuses, if Management kept team together for EPL title run.

They should keep Mahrez and Kante. You cannot replace that caliber of player.
I 100% believed that Liverpool should keep Suarez at any cost. Mahrez has that kind of impact that you cannot replace.

No player is going to help out a team if they have no desire to be there after a dream opportunity comes from Barca. Also, no player is going to want to go to Liverpool if the club doesn't help them achieve their dream career opportunity.
It's better to cut your losses and cash in, IE. exactly what they did with Sterling, even though he was a little bitch about the whole situation. Suarez at least didn't publicly make a mockery out of the club.

I've seen a few tweets about Arsenal being interested in Mahrez, but if I had to choose one player off of Leicester, I think it would be Kante.

Yeah am I the only one that thinks mahrez is average. Overall he's really not that good of a player. He has just been getting lucky and putting his chances away. Sure his goal this weekend saved them and that's huge but he played pretty average, faked an injury when he got beat and let's be honest his goal wasn't that great. The ball fell to him alone at the top of the box with plenty time to tuck that away. Don't give me some bullshite about still a great finish. He had plenty of time to take it and I saw the same finish by several MLS players this weekend
Kante is clearly the best player on that team and losing him would hurt the most

Mahrez is average? Dude what are you smoking?

I think Mahrez is an average player that is having a great season.
Similarly to how Kane, who I believe is an above-average forward, had a spectacular season last year. Kane is having a good year and I think this is about what we can expect from him. But I don't think he'll regularly be a 30+ goal a season type of player year in and year out.
Leicester are just in a great run of form. A lot of things have bounced their way, which happens to a lot of eventual champions. However, it's not that they're a bad team that's getting lucky. They are a team that I think if the typical top clubs in England are in form, they'd sill be in the top 8.

Yeah I'll give him that. Average (doesn't mean bad at all) player having an amazin year.
and yes Leicester aren't a bad team either but they are getting so lucky it's hilarious. Not only are they getting lucky in games themselves with everything just going there way. but they are getting lucky with the results of the teams around them. It should be tot and Arsenal 1 and 2 but both teams have choked in big games. Arsenal losing to Man U then Swansea and then tying tot down a man? Tot have been really consistent all year but recently dropped points when the race was tightest.
It's a very strange year in EPL but Leicester are the luckiest team ever and next year will be tough for them even if they keep all there players. Like someone mentioned they have been lucky with injuries and light game load. Next year they will have more games and the depth will be exposed leading to more injuries. They will have to being in a lot of talent to keep a good rotation while at the same time keeping all the current players.
They will be battling for 10th next year while getting knocked out of every tourney early.

I have watched every Leicester game played this season. Not only is he not average, he is the most skillful flair player in the league (Payet is close). Is the Watford game the only Leicester game you have watched? I just hope he stays for one more season and leads the Foxes in the UCL, then he can go to Barcelona or Madrid.

No I've seen them play a lot. Sure he does some fancy shite but he loses the ball a lot because of it and it only work some of the time.
He is no where near payet.

I love watching Payet play. I'm also proud that he played for Marseille. I'd say the two are pretty close in terms of skill on the ball. Payet probably has better free kicks.
