What loss did Simmons realize...

That coming to LSU was a huge mistake. It's a shame to waste his talent with poor coaching and lack of leadership. This guy might be a generational player and he most likely won't even play in one of the most exciting sports events there is.

If he goes to philly he won't make the playoffs so LSU is just preparing him for the nba

Probably when they lost their 1st OOC game to an unranked team.

If I was on the verge of signing a $100 million shoe deal with a 10+ year career of playing a fricking game, I wouldn't give a shite where I went to school honestly, especially since college basketball as a whole is just a crappy sport

I think he was the lack of leadership in this team. He came in wanting all the attention, but he didn't deserve it with his lack of effort and the ability to not give a shite.

I would love to see what Simmons could do with a good coach andn with well-coached players around him. I think that it was Jay Bilas who said that if Simmons had gone to Kentucky he would have been a real force and would have had an even better season.

You have to wonder if he and LF7 have had this discussion.

do you think his grades and his lack of defense and his sometime lack of aggressiveness hurt his NBA paycheck? That Tennessee game couldn't have helped him any.

At what point does LSU realize that him coming to school here was a mistake? I hate one and dones.

My wish for slacker Simmons is to go to Philly to endure 60+ losses per year for many, many years.

Well, he should fit in well in the NBA, the way he plays Defense.

Generational basketball players can make 10-14 foot jump shots in there sleep. His ceiling is high but he can't shoot at this point in his career.

Pretty sure LSU administrators counting all the revenue Ben Simmons created for LSU wouldn't say it was a mistake.

He's not but your statement is still fantastically false.
