I'm all for Orgeron doing this if he wants, but I think recruiting coordinator should be someone who is an off the field personnel person.

There's a lot of work involved in recruiting coordinator.

Orgeron is the DLine coach. That is 3 starting positions and a rotation. It isn't like he is the D-Coordinator or anything. He can handle it.
