FBD is an envie. It's been an overall crappy day... Been trying to get the house listed to sell and it seems like the bottom has fallen out in our area and my house isn't worth close what I thought it was

That sucks. Get a second opinion and bust your butt to make the house show well.
I have two houses, and I worry about whether they are maintaining their value, every day. My Portland house seems to be gaining value quickly. My Florida house, not so much.
