You guys are overreacting. Bo is a very good defensive coordinator. The defense played great in the first half, except for a couple of blown assignments that cost us because we were playing against two future pro-bowlers at RB.
In the second half, I would have called a blitz on that 4th and 10 play, but we have known for sometime that Pellini is not a fan of blitzing.
He prefers to play sound defense and not risk the big play. The defense is beat up, and I don't think that Bo adjusted to that fact perfectly.
LSU would be very lucky if Bo stays to coach here as defensive coordinator next year. His defensive schemes are sound and he'll learn from his mistakes.
However, he will not in my opinion make a good head coach. His skill set is not suited for that position. He reminds me of Jim Haslett in his overall presentation, another D coordinator that didn't work out as a head coach.

Bo is going to Nebraska, and at least the line coach is going with him.
