I don't care what anyone on here says, if Saban could come back about 95% of the board would welcome him back.

We all hate him for being at BAMA, but we would shite our pants while simultaneously kissing his arse if he came back.

More Saban threads

Another to one add for today

The question should be

would you take $aban back poll! Yes or No (Page 1 2 3 4 )

Would Saban's staff be any different at LSU?

Saban is kicking himself for leaving Miami a year too early (Page 1 2 )

Post deleted on Alabama message board

How do you think these guys would feel if.

How pissed would the Bama folks be, if Saban ..........

Be honest with yourself and fellow board memeber..... (Page 1 2 )

personally, i really want him back here

WHat Does Coach Brad Bradshaw think about Saban and LSU

If Saban is announced next week

The best thing about Saban coming back to LSU...

Since Saban Was Recruiting In Louisiana Yesterday

Saban's Press Conf........

Why would anyone want Saban back?

IF Saban?

How long would it take Saban to meltdown if

Saban WOULD NOT Be Blasted By Media If He Returned (Page 1 2 )

Saban's first press conference in BR...

Now you like Saban?

Saban coming back? Is that a joke?

Saban in North Louisiana (Page 1 2 )

if saban comes back to LSU

Yep. All he would have to say is that his heart was always with LSU. That he had to try the NFL for personal reasons but as soon as he left he realized it was a mistake. Then he would throw some more crap out there about not realizing the feelings of betrayal we would feel when he went to 'Bama,he'll be at LSU until he retires, blah blah blah. Most of us would lap that shite up.

Oh really? With the constant question looming in everyone's mind of when the next better job will poke it's head up...sorry, 'Bama can keep our sloppy seconds...I don't want their sloppy thirds.

Not at first, but when everyone actually witnesses the colossal nuclear meltdown in the State of Alabama I think it would make it all worthwhile!

Only because LSU is bigger than any coach.....what would you expect us to do?

Start hating LSU.......

No, even in the darkest days of Archer, Curley and Dinardo -- I sat next to so-called LSU "fans" who were rooting against our team so that we could fire the coach and get another one. Just as there are people whose anti-Miles people who are rooting against OUR team so that we can get a new coach.

It's pathetic....

If WVMD returns, I will not turn against the team, but I will make the anti-Miles people PALE by comparison when it comes to nitpicking a coach. If he conjugates a verb badly, I will be all over it. I will be tracking his use of the word "relative", and other -isms after his Monday pressers, etc. I will be the loudest voice calling for his replacement when we don't score 50 points on an SEC team, or if we give up 2 touchdowns to anyone.

That will be my response -- keep the bitter feelings and animosity pointed squarely at the deserving target, not my beloved football team.

Saban is one of the most charismatic speakers I can ever remember hearing...ranks right up with Edwin Edwards and a couple of others....he would have LSU fans eating out of his hand after a week....

and frankly, why wouldn't we welcome him back....he brought LSU football up from the dirt....if we were looking for a coach, we should take the best available...if he were available, he would be the best....
