Yep, mine has a block head.
To the OP, got mine from Bear Creak and Steve/Kim Riggins. Has been a great dog so far.

Nice looking pup. My old dog had a beautiful block head which didn't change much until he was 11 or 12. The new red fox dog is stout made with a good square head, just not a "block" head. I'll post a pick. He's a helluva good pup. About to get his HRCH later this Spring unless he completely fouls up.
