Who is going to occupy the Water Campus?
Why do they need a Tram to get to LSU or to Downtown?

Just asking because I don't know and I'm trying to understand where the demand will come from.

The last thread had people saying the workers downtown are going to be using it. Why are the workers downtown going to be using it? To go to LSU?

As far as I know it's a Fed/State/Private joint venture, so presumably there could/would be a lot of movement between that and LSU or state offices downtown.

I don't know for sure, though.

Good question. The majority of the complex will consist of research based operations. However, there will be a hotel, apartments, restaurants, office space for rent, etc. Here's the restaurant that will be located right off River Rd.
