Can we get a fricking HC to stay here. I mean really stay here for longer than 3, 4, maybe 5 years. This crap is getting ridiculous. If I were a HC and my dream job was LSU, I would bust my arse and do whatever it took to bring the best and most out of LSU football day in and day out. PERIOD.

saban and miles are special cases
saban got a call from the NFL, almost impossible to turn that down
miles is wanted by michigan, the absolute only job he would leave LSU for

as long as we keep winning then who gives a damn if we change coaches every 4 years? Miami did it and won 5 National Titles.

Oh and for the record, we had a coach who stayed here and we ran him off because he couldn't beat Bear Bryant.
He turned down a million dollars (in 1960's money) to go to Texas A&M and when Bryant was thinking about going to the NFL after the 1970 season (to the Dolphins of course) Charlie Mac was the man he wanted following him at Bama. CM told him that he would never leave LSU and BB stayed at Bama as a result.
